An electronic device applying a nonsegmented outer metal frame has no degradation in radiation performance of an antenna, and can prevent an electric shock. According to various embodiments of the present invention, an antenna comprises: a substrate having a ground unit; an outer metal frame of the electronic device; a float ground unit arranged to be connected to the outer metal frame while being isolated from the substrate; and at least one radiation body electrically connected to the float ground unit. When the radiation body is supplied with electricity, the radiation body operates as an antenna radiation body, or a partial section of the outer metal frame can operate as the antenna radiation body.
