An organic electroluminescent device and an organic electroluminescent display device using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The organic electroluminescent device comprises: a hole injection layer disposed on a first electrode disposed on a red subpixel region, a green subpixel region, and a blue subpixel region; a hole transport layer on the hole injection layer; and red and green light emitting layers disposed on the hole transport layer, and disposed on the red and green subpixel regions, respectively. The organic electroluminescent device further comprises: a buffer layer on the hole transport layer in the red and green light emitting layers and the blue subpixel region; a blue light emitting layer on the buffer layer; an electron transport layer on the blue light emitting layer; an electron injection layer on the electron transport layer; and a second electrode on the electron injection layer.
