The present invention provides a method and device for controlling and configuring a state of a function module of UE. The method comprises: the user equipment receives control information from a network element of the first access network; according to the received control information, the user equipment controls the state of the function module, which is corresponding to corresponding to a second access network, of the user equipment. Through the technical solutions provided by the present invention, problems such as affecting the user experience due to that the operations of other access network supported by the user equipment cannot be controlled on the network side in related art are solved, thus realizing that the first access network controls other wireless access networks supported by the user equipment across wireless access technology, and improving the user experience. |
