Disclosed is a branched prosthesis comprising a graft (212) including a generally tubular body of biocompatible material having a proximal end, a distal end, and a lumen extending therebetween. The graft (212) includes a proximal portion having a first diameter; a distal portion having a second diameter less than the first diameter; a tapered portion (224) between the proximal portion and the distal portion; first and second branches having proximal regions disposed proximal to the tapered portion (224), distal regions of the first and second branches extending toward the distal end of the graft (212); and a further branch having a region disposed distal to the tapered portion (224) and a region extending toward the proximal end of the graft (212).
