<p>The invention relates to a metal alloy suitable for chemisorption and containing Ti and/or Zr and Cu. In order to describe an alloy and a purification process which allow low-cost purification of reactive special gases, it is proposed to use an alloy having the following composition (% by weight): 30-70% of Ti and/or Zr, 30-70% of Cu, 0-5% of Fe, 0-10% of Ni, 0-5% of V and 0-5% of Cr.</p> |
