[Class 39 (ii)] [Also in Group XXXVI] A battery lamp for testing the acid level in an accumulator comprises a dry battery 7 having one pole in contact with a lamp 11 which is screwed into a metal member 10 in contact with a fixed prong 13. The battery casing 8 forms the second pole of the battery and is connected to a second fixed prong 14. The prongs are of different lengths to enable them to be applied to a terminal 4 of the accumulator and a stud 5 let into the side of the accumulator at the level of the acid. |
