FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology and represents pharmaceutical formulations for oral administration of anti-sense oligonucleotide against SMAD7, pharmaceutically acceptable tablets for oral application of anti-sense oligonucleotide against SMAD7, as well as oral dosage form containing said antisense oligonucleotide and enteric coating containing ethyl acrylate-copolymer of methacrylic acid.
