The method involves delivery of lubricant in working medium from the lubricant separator (10) to the condenser device (60) and to the evaporator (20) during shutdown of the thermodynamic cycle device. The heating of the lubricant enriched working medium in the evaporator during starting up of the cycle device. The evaporator is equipped for evaporating the working medium, and lubricant separator is equipped for separating the lubricant from the working medium which is supplied by the evaporator. An independent claim is included for thermodynamic cycle device.
