The present invention discloses a power processing and managing system. A power conversion device for performing a function as an uninterruptible power supply in case of a blackout, a power managing device for managing the power conversion device, an energy managing device for performing charging and discharging according to a battery state, and a battery managing device for transmitting power to the energy managing device in the charging or discharging of the battery, are organically combined. So the power conversion device, the power managing device, the energy managing device, and the battery managing device are effectively operated according to a normal operation, a power peak time, and a blackout. |
