PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce attachment failures of a refrigerant pipe.SOLUTION: A rear surface side of a heat transfer member (62) thermally contacts with a heating component (53) mounted on a substrate (51) fixed to a side surface part (46) in an electric part chamber (49). A pair of grooves (61, 61), in which a pair of straight pipe parts (16, 16) of a cooling pipe (15) fit, is formed on the front surface side of the heat transfer member (62). A pressing member (64) presses the pair of straight pipe parts (16, 16) of the cooling pipe (15) to the pair of grooves (61, 61) of the heat transfer member. A holding member (100) holds a constant distance between the pair of straight pipe parts (16, 16) of the cooling pipe (15). |
