PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline structure capable of utilizing heat of water flowing inside a pipeline, a construction method of the pipeline structure, a sleeve, and a method for manufacturing the sleeve.SOLUTION: In a pipeline structure, a cylindrical body C having an inner peripheral surface on which water flows is formed inside an existing pipe B, and a passage way D circulating a heat exchange medium is formed nearer the existing pipe side than the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body and in the longitudinal direction. A representative sleeve A is the sleeve A consisting of a synthetic resin arranged inside the existing pipe B configuring a pipeline through which water flows and in the longitudinal direction of the existing pipe, and having an outer peripheral surface 1a having an outer shape corresponding to the inner shape of the existing pipe B and an inner peripheral surface 1b on which water flows. Holes 4 becoming circulation passages are formed between the outer peripheral surface 1a and the inner peripheral surface 1b and in the longitudinal direction. The synthetic resin configuring the sleeve A is a thermoplastic resin. The holes 4 are formed in a portion corresponding to a part where water flows. A plurality of holes 4 are formed. |
