PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a cylindrical member and reduce the costs required for manufacturing of the cylindrical member.SOLUTION: A moving unit 20 places a molding drum 3 in a supply position P1 of a belt-like member 2 where the belt-like member 2 is supplied by a supply unit 10. The supply unit 10 supplies the belt-like member 2 to the molding drum 3, and the belt-like member 2 is wound around the molding drum 3. The moving unit 20 moves the molding drum 3 from the supply position P1 to place the molding drum 3 in a joint position P2 where the belt-like member 2 is joined by a joint device 30. A front end part and a rear end part of the belt-like member 2 are joined by the joint device 30 to manufacture a cylindrical member 4. |
