PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the uniformity of cutting height of lawn by heightening the followability of each mower unit to the lawn surface in lowering the mower unit in a multi-string mower.SOLUTION: In a multi-string mower, a plurality of mower units U-Uare mounted to elevate on a machine body 31 self-running by oil pressure, and the respective mower units U-Uare connected to the machine body 31 through one link and a link device D including one double-acting hydraulic cylinders S-S. In the working positions of the respective mower units U-Uto the machine body 31, the respective cylinder chambers 1a, 1b on rod side and on the counter-rod side divided into two parts by a piston 2 in the respective hydraulic cylinders S-Sof the respective mower units U-Uand a hydraulic pump P are respectively connected to each other. The pressure of pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump P and circulated through a circulating passage acts on the respective cylinder chambers 1a, 1b of the respective hydraulic cylinders S-S. |
