The shrink packaging (30b) has a sleeve made from a heat shrinkable film (2). A coated area of the shrink film is adjacent to an area with equal to or to a portion of increased mechanical stress on the shrink packaging. The coated area corresponds to the area of the shrink packaging, in which the shrinkage behavior of the shrink film is deviated due to a contact with the packed articles (3).
