摘要 FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of control of aluminium electrolytic cell by minimum power. Method involves measurement of voltage drop at resistance of electrolyser, comparison of measured values with given value of voltage drop on electrolyser and eliminating mismatch by corresponding movement of anode. By movement of anode heating power from preset value to release on electrolyser minimum power allocation of minimum power mismatch is reduced, minimum power evolution is determined by spontaneous growth of electrochemical cell voltage component and maintain this mismatch by corresponding movement of anode without changing thermal state of electrolysis cell. Mismatch of heating power from a given value to extract on electrolyser of minimum power is generated during thermal constant electrolyser and maintain this mismatch in each period of time for measuring voltage drop at electrolysis cell resistance. Movement of anode is determined by mismatch of minimum power cell from given value in current period of its operation and predicting minimum power evolution for subsequent period of its operation. Minimum power evolution on electrolyser without changing thermal state of electrolytic cell is maintained by anode movement by value of possible reduction of power on electrolyser to minimum value and increase in power for spontaneous growth electrochemical cell voltage component value. Minimum power evolution is determined by spontaneous growth of electrolytic cell voltage electrochemical component simultaneously with all variable parameters of aluminium electrolysis process from disturbances introduced into technological process. Preset power for next period of operation of electrolysis cell is determined from sum of preset power at current period of its operation and mismatch of minimum power from specified value during period of electrolyser operation.EFFECT: reduced power consumption, higher yield of metal by current, easier servicing of electrolytic cells.6 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
