Disclosed is a video decoding method, which includes: obtaining video signal residual coefficients related to current block; obtaining transmitted reverse quantisation residual coefficients by performing inverse quantisation residual coefficients; performed on basis of conversion skipped mode index, indicating mode with conversion, which corresponds to current block, determination of mode with conversion, which corresponds to current block; obtaining based on certain so mode with transformation residual samples of transmitted reverse quantisation residual coefficients of current unit.
