FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in production of hollow core ceiling panels with process opening. Panel is made in following process sequence: placing reinforcement into mould, and then at a distance 1.1-1.2 m from end installing and fixing diaphragm with holes for passage of puncheons, separating zone of concreting into two sections - first and second. Installing puncheons on entire length of mould, stacking and vibration compacting concrete mixture on a first section. Placing plugs in cavities of moulded concrete body. Placing insert of opening, additional reinforcement and a screen on second section. Laying and vibration compacting of concrete mixture, and then after concrete gains stripping strength, removing insert of opening and screen.EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of mounting panel.1 cl, 5 dwg |
