FIELD: radio electronics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio-electronic equipment and can be used in designing new types of vacuum coaxial capacitors. Coaxial vacuum capacitor comprises annular base, connecting two bellows, to the inner surface of which v-shaped flat capacitive electrodes and flat capacitance v-shaped electrodes are fixed parallel to axis. Outer surface of the base moves along the inner surface of the cylinder connected with external leads of the capacitor, and the base is attached by pins located in slots of the cylinder, to moving barrel with a threaded connection with the nut. Inner surface of the base is connected with external leads by flat flexible inner surface of bellows shunts. Change in capacitance of capacitor is carried out by rotation of the nut due to change the position of capacitive electrodes relative to each other.EFFECT: technical result is the increase of performance characteristics of powerful radio electronic devices.1 cl, 2 dwg |
