FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasonic flow meters-counters for gravity pipeline flow of effluents and can be used in other free-flow streams. Ultrasonic flow meter-counter comprises collector, flow rate and depth sensors installed on top of rolling insert, secured at bottom of collector. Rolling insert compresses circulation flow from below, and at top re-rolling flow becomes clear from silt particles, and measurement results of flow rate are considerably higher. Rolling insert with sensors at top is easily installed in collector and easily mixed at bottom of collector if necessary, in any section.EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy of measuring flow rate with error less than 1 %.1 cl, 1 dwg |
