Soft tissues of parotid region is detached to bone. Expose temporal line for aspiration of bone chips. Perform tympanoplasty with creation of small tympanic cavity cartilage graft from ear. Bone chips mixed with antibiotic, obliterate burr cavity. Plastic material on side of external auditory canal is closed with a two-layer collagen Bio-Gide membrane.EFFECT: method increases efficiency of surgical treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media with repeated debridement operations due to complete closure with autologous collagen membrane, reduces risk of recurrence of cholesteatoma, provides prevention of mucoceles, polyps, granulation of mastoid cavity, otitic septic complications and relapses.1 cl, 2 ex |
