FIELD: energy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to devices for obtaining heat and electric energy by combustion of solid carbon-containing fuel and can be used to convert heat energy into mechanical or electric energy, in stationary and movable heat power plants, as well as in vehicles. Plant for production of energy on solid fuel contains a unit for grinding of solid carbon-containing fuel, combustion chamber with combustion initiation unit, means to feed micro-nanocomposite mixture grinding solid carbon-containing fuel with water in the combustion chamber and exhaust fan with a pipe. Means to feed micro-nanocomposite mixture grinding solid carbon-containing fuel with water in the combustion chamber is composed of the dosing unit, and the last stage of solid carbon containing fuel grinding unit is made in the form of a period, the output of which is connected to the input of accumulator micro-nanocomposite mixture grinding solid carbon-containing fuel with water, and combustion chamber is made in the form of a drop of the furnace, the input of feeding a micro-drops nanocomposite mixture grinding solid carbon-containing fuel with water is connected via feeder to the output of accumulator.
