FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of diamond-like (DLC) coating on metal parts exposed to friction during operation. Metal part is etched in microwave plasma and subject to application of WC-C layer with gradient of composition. When applying WC layer with gradient of composition, first a pure WC layer is applied, after which a layer with gradually increasing flow rate of hydrocarbon is applied, and then a WC-C layer. DLC coating is applied on WC-C layer using microwave plasma.EFFECT: obtained coatings have high adhesion without application of metal-containing adhesive sublayers, which simplifies technology of coating application.9 cl, 4 dwg, 2 tbl |
