PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate having excellent adhesive force by bonding a polarizer with a protective film, by using a photosetting adhesive that shows a sufficiently low viscosity, can be applied at room temperature on the polarizer or a the protective film, gives a sufficient storage modulus after cured, and develops an effective protection function even after subjected to a severe temperature history.SOLUTION: The polarizing plate comprises: a polarizer comprising a polyvinylalcohol resin film in which a dichroic dye is adsorbed and oriented; and a protective film comprising a transparent resin bonded to at least one surface of the polarizer with an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is formed of the following photosetting adhesive. The photosetting adhesive contains, in 100 parts by weight of (A) a photocation curable component, 1 to 10 parts by weight of (B) a photocation polymerization initiator, in which the photocation curable component (A) comprises, on the basis of the whole weight, 50 to 85 wt.% of (A1) an alicyclic diepoxy compound, 1 to 40 wt.% of (A2) an aliphatic epoxy compound, and 1 to 30 wt.% of (A3) an aliphatic or alicyclic divinylether compound. |
