PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor maintaining airtightness of a pressure detection part and reducing structural fragility around an output lead pin.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 1 comprises: a pressure detection part 2 having a base 23 and a pressure detection element 21; an output lead pin 33 and an adjustment lead pin 36 which penetrate the base eccentrically from a central axis of the pressure detection element, are sealed at a penetration part 23a by a hermetic seal 23b, and have one end electrically connected to the pressure detection element and the other end protruding outwards from the pressure detection part; an external output lead wire 32 eccentric from the central axis of the output lead pin; a wiring board 31 on which ends of the output lead pin and of the external output lead wire close to the pressure detection part are electrically connected to each other and which is separated from the base; and a cover 35 accommodating the pressure detection part, the wiring board, etc. The wiring board extends to the adjustment lead pin, the adjustment lead pin is fixed to the wiring board, and the cover is filled with adhesive inside thereof so as to embed the wiring board. |
