The present invention relates to a touch screen device, disposing an antenna of an active pen on a touch screen of an in-cell touch method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the touch screen device includes: a liquid crystal panel on which a plurality of touch driving electrodes and a plurality of touch sensing electrodes are disposed; a switching block selectively connecting the plurality of touch driving electrodes in a pen sensing mode to form an antenna loop in an x direction; a plurality of switches selectively connecting the plurality of touch sensing electrodes in the pen sensing mode to form an antenna loop in a y direction; and a touch driver controlling the switching block and the plurality of switches.
