The present invention relates to a descending device which includes a plate-shaped member and a rotor member. A driving shaft is arranged on a side surface of the plate-shaped member. The rotor member includes: a circular gear unit; a circular support unit; and a circular engaging unit. The ratio of a diameter of one surface of the circular support unit against the diameter of the circular gear unit is 0.7 to 1.3. According to the present invention, the descending device enables the rotor member to rotate in a normal position without shaking the rotor member to enable a driven gear unit connected to the circular gear unit through a gear connection to rotate in the normal position without shaking. The descending device also prevents a decelerating wheel from being in an eccentric position in a direction of departing from the rotor member, thereby ensuring a stable operation. The descending device prevents unintended meshing of gear tooth units of the circular gear unit and the driven gear unit connected through the gear coupling to prevent physical damage to the circular gear unit and the driven gear unit. The descending device prevents the decelerating wheel and the rotor member from being stopped due to excessive friction and contact during an operation in advance, thereby ensuring a reliable operation. |
