摘要 An electrode apparatus manufactured by using a multi-layer PCB manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises a plurality of conductor circuit layers formed to generate high electric field strength in the air; and a dielectric layer for alleviating direct electric field of a conductor, which is arranged on both surfaces of the conductor circuit layers. The present invention provides an electrode apparatus, which can be stably and easily implemented and which generates high electric field strength in the air. To this end, the electrode apparatus can be easily and precisely implemented by using a structure on which one or a plurality of electrodes for forming electrode field in the air by using the multi-layer PCB manufacturing method capable of stably mass-producing a multi-layer PCB and the dielectric layer for alleviating direct electric field from a conductor are bound. The electrode apparatus is more economical compared to conventional electrodes generating high electric field strength, and enables to manufacture electrodes having reliable quality.
