An invention disclosed in the present specification relates to a color conversion film and a method for preparing the same and a backlight unit comprising the same. The color conversion film includes a resin matrix; and a red organic phosphor which is dispersed into the resin matrix, wherein a ratio of the light green light absorption to blue light abortion is 3:1 to 1:3. So, the present invention provides a color conversion film providing constant luminous intensity by light source kind.
