PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for contributing to the optimization of a communication capacity, in a mobile communication system which supports MDT (Minimization of Drive Tests) for automatic measurement and collection using a terminal owned by a user.SOLUTION: The method includes a step of performing MDT which measures a QoS (Quality of Service) parameter in communication between a user terminal and a network communicating with the user terminal, by an Immediate MDT method of an immediate report type.
