PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyurethane resin composition that can show high flame retardancy and can excellently retain its shape at the time of heating even if it is thin in thickness.SOLUTION: A flame-retardant urethane resin composition comprises a polyisocyanate compound, a polyol compound, a trimerization catalyst, a blowing agent, and additives, where the additives comprise red phosphorus and a filler, the filler having an aspect ratio of 5-50, an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or larger but smaller than 15 μm, and a melting point of 750°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
