PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accurately register ID information on a transmitter attached to a spare wheel.SOLUTION: When each candidate ID that is a candidate of ID information on a transmitter of a spare wheel is registered, the number of pieces of ID information to be registered is narrowed down by making strict a registration condition while data update is made easy for the ID information once the ID information has been registered as the candidate ID. Specifically, a condition that a vehicle is traveling is eliminated, and data is updated whenever a frame including G-OFF data is received. in this way, making strict the registration condition enables the number of pieces of ID information to be selected as candidate IDs from being narrowed down and suppresses a memory capacity of a TPMS-ECU from becoming full. Therefore, it is possible to accurately register the ID information on the transmitter of the spare wheel of an own vehicle as a candidate ID while suppressing ID information on a transmitter of wheels of the other vehicle from being registered as the candidate ID.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
