PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material which can easily create a temperature difference required for thermoelectric conversion, even if it is in a state of a thinner film and even under sunlight.SOLUTION: More than one n-type thermoelectric conversion materials 1 and p-type thermoelectric conversion materials 2 are arranged alternately and connected, in the arrangement direction of the n-type thermoelectric conversion materials 1 and p-type thermoelectric conversion materials 2, an np connection region 3 for connecting from the n-type thermoelectric conversion material 1 to p-type thermoelectric conversion material 2 and in the above-mentioned direction, a pn connection region 4 for connecting from the p-type thermoelectric conversion material 2 to n-type thermoelectric conversion material 1 are arranged alternately twice or more, and the np connection region 3 and pn connection region 4 are arranged on the principal surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
