PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication processing device, method and system for completing communication processing in a short period.SOLUTION: A communication processor 101 includes: a relay unit 102 for receiving transfer data and communication path information representing whether a communication path 111 is currently used from an information processor 110 through the communication path 111, and transmitting the transfer data and the communication path information to an information processor 113; and a communication unit 103 for determining whether the communication path 111 is currently used according to the communication path information in response to a request for transmitting transmission data, and if the path is not being used, creating communication path information representing that the communication path 111 is currently used and transmitting the communication path information to the information processor 110 and the information processor 113 and transmitting the transmission data to at least one of the information processor 110 and the information processor 113, creating communication path information representing that the communication path 111 is not currently used and transmitting the communication path information to the information processor 110 and the information processor 113 in response to termination of the transmission processing, and if the communication path 111 is currently used, not transmitting the transmission data through the communication path 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
