The invention relates to a seal arrangement for a transmission, in particular for the output shaft of a transmission, and to a transmission comprising the seal arrangement. A spacer ring is arranged between a first and a second shaft seal ring, and a flange part is connected to a connection flange, in particular the flange part is screwed to the connection flange. The connection flange presses the second shaft seal ring onto the spacer ring, and the spacer ring is pressed onto the first shaft seal ring such that the first shaft seal ring is placed against the flange part.
