[Problem] To prevent beads, such as pearls, held by a fastener of an accessory from being unintentionally detached from the fastener when the accessary is for example pulled such that a force in a direction that would separate the beads from the fastener acts on the accessory. [Solution] This fastener (100) is used for an accessory (1) having beads (P) so as to hold the beads (P). The fastener (100) comprises a first main part (10) and a second main part (20) which are rotatably supported by a support shaft (30). The first main part (10) is provided with a first holding part (12) which will contact a bead (P). The second main part (20) is provided with a second holding part (22) which will contact the bead (P). The first holding part (12) is disposed such that when the first holding part (12) and the second holding part (22) are closed relative to each other to hold the bead (P), the tip part (15) extending from the support shaft (30) side of the first holding part (12) intersects a plane (S) including the center (O) of the bead (P) and the support shaft (30). |
