The present invention relates to rice wine using smilax china and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, various materials such as smilax china are mixed with raw materials of rice wine so that, during daily rice wine intake, diuretic effects can be derived from the smilax china, gout, enteritis, chronic skin diseases can be alleviated with the smilax china, and heavy metals such as mercury, lead, cadmium, and nickel can be discharged from the body by the smilax china. In the present invention, an extract that is obtained by drying various materials having smilax china as a main ingredient as they are and boiling the dried materials with water in a filter is pressed in an upper surface and sealed during stirring of hard-boiled rice and yeast for fermentation and maturation. Then, the extract is mixed with water and filtered through a hemp cloth so that the rice wine having the smilax china as a main ingredient can be easily produced. According to the present invention, the extract as the main ingredient of the smilax china is added during the production of the rice wine, which is daily consumed, so that the diuretic effect and cancer prevention can be achieved and skin diseases can be alleviated as various effects of the smilax china. Accordingly, people drinking the rice wine can conveniently experience the beneficial effects of the smilax china. |
