PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of a shape defect in a foam layer which covers a U-shaped hook part protruding from a frame.SOLUTION: In a foaming mold 50 for producing a sheet pad 10 which has a frame 14, including a U-shaped hook part 18 protruding from a pad body 12 and being covered with a foam layer 24 composed of a foam resin molded body and extending from the pad body, and buried in the pad body 12, a U-shaped groove 64 for forming the foam layer 24 is provided on a joining part 60 of an upper mold 54 and a lower mold 52 in a state in which the hook part 18 is set therein, protrusions 70, 72 to vertically hold the hook part 18 in between are mounted respectively on the upper mold 54 and the lower mold 52 in the groove, and the upper and lower protrusions are placed on positions deviated from each other in the longitudinal direction of the groove 64. |
