PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit, a semiconductor integrated circuit element, electronic equipment, and an output control method of a semiconductor integrated circuit element, capable of suppressing changes in a self-heating amount between an on-state and an off-state of an oscillation signal.SOLUTION: An oscillator circuit comprises: an oscillation circuit 14; an output buffer circuit 20 which amplifies and outputs a signal input from the oscillation circuit 14 and in which on and off of the output are controlled; and a heating circuit 30 which generates heat when an output of the output buffer circuit 20 is an off-state, and stops heat generation when the output is an on-state. |
