PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form for reinforcement capable of effectively reinforcing a hollow columnar object without making the hollow columnar object heavy, and to provide a reinforcement member for the hollow columnar object employing the concrete form.SOLUTION: A concrete form 1 for reinforcing an electric pole comprises: a bag-shaped and tubular concrete form body 2 including an outside film and an inside film and capable of filling the inside with air; and a filling pipe 4 connected to the inside of the concrete form body 2 for carrying a filler with which the electric pole is filled. In the concrete form body 2, a coupling part 14 where the outside film and the inside film are coupled mutually is formed along a direction of an axial line X of the concrete form body 2. An outer circumferential surface of the filling pipe 4 is connected to the concrete form body 2 by the coupling part 14, and in the filling pipe 4 and the coupling part 14, through holes 18 are formed which penetrates the filling pipe 4 and the coupling part 14. |
