The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a height of a precast slab which can conveniently change a gap between a precast slab and the ground surface to a desired degree when needed after installing the precast slab and separating the precast slab from the ground surface for a concrete pavement or other various purposes to readjust an installation height of the precast slab. According to the present invention, the apparatus for controlling a height of a precast slab comprises a burying nut (1), a height control bolt (2), a driver insertion pipe (3), and an anchor bolt (5). A hollow insertion unit (20) of the height control bolt (2) is inserted and screw-mounted in a lower portion of a hollow space (10) of the burying nut (1) to support a precast slab (200) and vertically separate the precast slab (200) from the ground surface. While the precast slab (200) is separated from the ground surface (300), a rotary driver is inserted through the driver insertion pipe (3) to rotate the height control bolt (2) by rotation of the rotary driver (30) while gear teeth of the rotary driver (30) are meshed with gear teeth of a rotary drive unit (21) to move in a vertical direction to adjust and maintain an installation height of the precast slab (200) to a designed height.
