COMPOSITES OF ALKALI-ACTIVATED BINDER FOR CONSTRUCTION USING BY-PRODUCT CONTAINING HIGH WATER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an alkali-activated binder composition for construction using BP byproducts high in water content, and a manufacturing method thereof. Powder type BP byproducts are manufactured by mixing BP byproducts high in water content with a dehydration heater, and passing the resultant product through aging and pulverizing steps without sintering, heating, or neutralizing by acidic substances. In addition, various inorganic binders are mixed into the powder type BP byproducts to form an alkali-activated binder having hydraulic properties. The resultant product can be utilized as an alternative for cement for the construction industries.
