PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce increase in load onto a roof surface in an external insulation roof, to install a facility stand while ensuring waterproof performance and, in particular, to prevent water leak from occurring even in the case where a fixed portion of a fixed rail for stand mounting is damaged by blowing up winds.SOLUTION: In a roof 1 where a heat insulating material 3 provided on a top face of a roof base 2 is covered with a waterproof sheet 4, a bracket 5 is covered with the waterproof sheet 4 together with the heat insulating material 3. A raising pedestal 6 is disposed on the bracket 5 from an upper side of the waterproof sheet 4, and the raising pedestal 6 and its periphery are covered with a waterproof covering material 7. Through the waterproof covering material 7, the raising pedestal 6 is covered from the top face to side surfaces with a raising pedestal cover 23 and fixed by screw members 25. A fixed rail 8 is fixed on the raising pedestal cover 23 by screw members 13. A knob to be mounted to a frame of a facility stand is mounted to a knob mount head 8a of the fixed rail 8. |
