PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterning method of an aluminum shape capable of suppressing generation of shape defects such as warp and torsion.SOLUTION: The patterning method is for obtaining an aluminum shape A by extrusion molding, carrying out tempering, and then carrying out patterning work by a press machine 10. For the aluminum shape A, a body part a1 to which the patterning work is to be carried out is in a long plate shape and is curved in a width direction, and a rib a2 is formed. Since the aluminum shape A after tempering is hard and rigidity is increased by the rib a2, it can oppose pressurizing force of the press machine 10 and the generation of shape defects such as a warp and torsion can be suppressed. Since the body part a1 is curved in the width direction, the warp in a longitudinal direction of the aluminum shape A can be suppressed. |
