PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device formed by enclosing developer in advance, without using an enclosing member for enclosing the developer.SOLUTION: A developer conveying member includes a cylindrical member having an opening formed at one end, an outer spiral blade attached on an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member, and an inner spiral blade attached on an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical member. When the developer conveying member is rotated, developer housed in the cylindrical member is discharged. |
