PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can preserve soups for an extended period without damaging the flavor of the soups.SOLUTION: Provided is a preservation method of soups in which soups are preserved in an oxygen-absorbing container in which an oxygen-absorbing multilayer body that includes: an oxygen absorption layer (layer A) comprising an oxygen-absorbing resin composition that includes a polyester compound and a transition metal catalyst; and a resin layer (layer B) that includes a thermoplastic resin which is used in all or one part. The preservation method of soups is that the polyester compound includes a constitutional unit that has at least one tetralin ring. |
