PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lack of power supply amount to an ignition coil.SOLUTION: A power supply controller 70 is a power supply controller for controlling a first battery 2 for supplying electric power at least to an ignition coil at a start of an internal combustion engine 10, and a second battery 3 for storing electric power regenerated from deceleration energy. The second battery 3 is equipped on a vehicle so as to serve as a power supply capable of supplying electric power to the ignition coil. The power supply controller 70 includes a switching determination part 51 for predicting electric power to be supplied to the ignition coil, a power supply determination part 61 for determining whether the second battery 3 is working as a power supply for supplying electric power to the ignition coil or not, and a switching control part 62 for switching a power supply for supplying electric power for the ignition coil from the second battery 3 to the first battery 2, if the switching determination part 51 predicts that a required voltage of an ignition plug is equal to or greater than a threshold value for voltage determination, and the power supply determination part 61 determines that the second battery 3 is working as a power supply for supplying electric power to the ignition coil. |
