PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical syringe having a locking nut prevented from freely moving or rotating on a mouth, capable of both slip connection and screw locking connection.SOLUTION: The locking nut 30 is inserted into the mouth 20 of an outer barrel 10 in such a way as movable in the direction of a center axis 1a on the mouth 20 of the outer barrel 10. A male tapered part 21 and a plurality of ribs 22 are formed on the distal end side and on a body 11 side respectively on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth. The locking nut includes a female screw 32 formed on the inner peripheral surface, and a plurality of locking projections 37 pressure welded to tops of the plurality of ribs to slide on the tops. A plurality of locking recesses 23 to which a plurality of locking projections are fitted when the locking nut is located at a distal-end side position, position on the most male tapered part side, are formed on the tops of the plurality of ribs. |
