[Problem] To provide a liquid crystal resin composition containing aluminum nitride composite particles, and to provide a B-stage resin sheet, a pre-preg, a heat dissipation sheet, and the like. [Solution] A heat-curing liquid crystal resin composition in which aluminum nitride composite particles are dispersed in a liquid crystal epoxy resin having a mesogen, wherein the aluminum nitride composite particles have an a-alumina layer (2) formed on a surface of aluminum nitride particles (1), the a-alumina layer (2) has fine cracks (3), and a C1-24 organic compound containing at least one type of alcoholic hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group and having two or more of the alcoholic hydroxyl group and/or carboxyl group is bonded to the aluminum nitride via the fine cracks (3); a heat dissipation material formed by curing the liquid crystal resin composition; a high thermal conductivity heat dissipation material precursor, being a B-stage in which the liquid crystal resin composition is half-cured; and a liquid crystal resin composition imparting the same. |
