Disclosed is a transmitter receiver module (TRM) of an active phased array radar operated by the control of an external microcomputer. The TRM of an active phased array radar comprises: a phase shifter; an attenuator; and a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) for performing electronic beam steering by performing internal initialization, activating an internal clock and controlling the phase shifter and the attenuator if a driving clock is received from the microcomputer. The present invention can obtain excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) properties by blocking digital noise that is generated as the FPGA, an oscillator (OSC) are placed inside the TRM.
