A pocket (44) with front and back surfaces and enclosing walls containing a spring-loaded (56) pop-up element (42), panel or further pocket, activated by a user in the form of a button or switch (46) and operative to deploy or release confetti (54) when pressed. The card has a sound module (52) which plays audio when the button is pressed. The sound may be turned off by pushing the pop-up element (42) back down into the pocket (44). The pocket or pop-up element (42) may have a protective frame. A removable protective cover, which may be transparent, may be present to prevent the accidental release of confetti. The pop-up element may be partially transparent (62) to see the confetti. A card with a three dimensional pop-up element moving from a first, flat position to a second, 3d position, and a release mechanism to release confetti when it is popped up. |
